The Adult and Transfer Center provides advising support to the following students:

First-time Freshman

21+ age
Exploratory Studies majors

Non-Degree

21+ age
2NKU students
Post-baccalaureate

Transfer & Returning Students

0-29 credit hours - all majors except for online accelerated
All Exploratory Studies majors, regardless of earned credit hours

The ATC also provides support to these student populations:

Donovan Scholars (Kentucky residents 65 years or older wanting to pursue credit-bearing coursework at NKU for a degree or for personal enrichment without payment of application fees or tuition)
- Non-degree seeking
- Undecided
GED-Based Scholars
Students pursuing Micro-Credentials (not already in a degree-seeking program)
