Join us for a high-energy, immersive experience where students will rehearse and perform in one of two honor wind ensembles, participate in masterclasses led by NKU’s music faculty, and make lasting connections with fellow high school musicians from across the tri-state area. 

This year's Symposium will take place on the weekend of 17-19 January 2025. Throughout the event’s history, NKU has hosted thousands of young student-musicians...we hope you will join us for the 15th annual Tri-State Band Symposium!

The conductors for the 2025 Tri-State Symposium Honor Bands will be Dr. Cheldon Williams, Associate Director of Bands, West Virginia University, and Dr. Zach Cheever, Associate Director of Bands, Austin Peay University.
