Haile Research Lab Presents: REDI Cincinnati - From Data to Development

As a Research Analyst at REDI Cincinnati, Blake Weimer supports investment evaluation and regional economic growth. Previously an Investment Analyst at Fourth Street Performance Partners, he specialized in performance reporting and manager research. Blake also contributed to NKU’s Center for Economic Analysis and Development, producing labor and talent reports. A 2022 NKU summa cum laude graduate with triple majors in economics, mathematics, and statistics, Blake thrives on analytical challenges. A Northern Kentucky native, he lives in Covington with his wife Sarah and enjoys hiking, soccer, pickleball, and board games with friends.

Jennifer Thomas, Director of Research at REDI Cincinnati, bridges creative problem-solving with data-driven insight to visualize the region’s economic growth. A Miami University graduate in Biopsychology and Neuroscience, she later earned a M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis and an Advanced Data Analytics certification from the University of Cincinnati. A Power BI–certified data visualization expert, Jennifer is passionate about STEM education and serves on the executive board of the National Society of Black Engineers Cincinnati Professionals Chapter. A Cincinnati native, she enjoys gardening, sand volleyball, jazz, and coffee at BlaCk Coffee Lounge with her sister and pup.
